All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or the issue is caused by a shipping error on our part.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States (excluding overseas territories). We generally cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. overseas territories, or APO/FPO military addresses.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the package as delivered to the address provided.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS or the relevant carrier to initiate an investigation.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has shipped.
Requests to correct the address prior to shipment may incur additional fees.
Damage in Transit
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and determine whether to offer a replacement or a refund based on the circumstances.
